With over 15 years of leadership experience in education, Zeena Al-Hilli brings a powerful combination of frontline school leadership and entrepreneurial vision to the education staffing sector. Having served as a Head of School, Deputy Headteacher, and senior leader in some of the UK’s most challenging and diverse mainstream schools, Zeena offers unparalleled insight into the real-world staffing needs of educational institutions. 

Her extensive experience managing staff recruitment, cover planning, curriculum delivery, and behaviour management within fast-paced school environments means she deeply understands the daily pressures school leaders face. While leading schools, Zeena worked closely with a wide range of recruitment agencies, giving her firsthand exposure to the gaps, frustrations, and inefficiencies schools often encounter when sourcing high-quality educators. 

It is from this unique vantage point—straddling both sides of the education and recruitment markets—that Zeena founded Mindlynk Ltd. Based in the UK and shaped by her recent entrepreneurial work in Dubai, Zeena has developed a forward-thinking approach to staffing solutions. Her mission is to bridge the divide between what schools need and what agencies often provide.
